Dear Entek,

I’d like to take this opportunity to compliment you on a great product as
well as a company whose customer service is top notch.

My wife and I dreamed of building our own home for many years, and by
“building our own home”, I mean actually building it ourselves. After much
research we decided to use your paneled wall system. There were a number of
factors that we took into consideration when making our decision…
- energy efficiency
- affordability
- durability
- ease of use
- company integrity

Entek not only met these factors…..Entek surpassed them!!!

Upon receiving our house plans both Bruce Roscoe (Entek Salesman) and Bill
Ertman (Entek President) were in constant contact with us ensuring that all
details were taken care of.

Two months later I drove to Prescott to pick up our wall panels, only to
discover that my trailer was too small to transport them. Not to worry,
Bill himself delivered my panels directly to my lot and even helped us
unload them – talk about customer service!

When the time came to assemble our home we gathered a number of friends,
some food and drinks, and had a good old fashioned “house raising”! (Bill
even showed up to see how we were doing.) Everything went smoother than
we’d imagined. So smooth, in fact, that we soon realized we had too many
helpers and only needed a total of four of us to put our house together – in
one weekend!! AMAZING!!

Since the erection of our panels we’ve become quite the curiosity factor.
We made the front page of the local paper and a number of people have
stopped by and asked about the system…All of to whom we’ve happily boasted
about our wise decision to choose an exceptional product that is represented
by a quality company – two things that are very difficult to find these
days!
